The Wholistic Counseling Center is helping individuals and families learn to live well.
There are many opportunities available through our center. We are a non-profit faith based organization, assisting individuals, families, corporate executives, professionals, housewives and at-risk youth overcome difficult life situations.
You will gain the ability to pass down values, health and wholeness to your children and future generations through our services. People from all walks of life benefit from the services offered through Wholistic Counseling Center.
We are dedicated in counseling pastors and their spouse individually and as a couple to overcome unresolved issues from their past which may be causing problems in their present lives. Our services are confidential.

Health Insurance and Employee Assistance Programs
Insurance plans provide behavioral health, chemical dependency, mental health and medical benefits. You may have benefits available to pay for some of your counseling sessions.

Health Insurance Plan
As a feature of your health insurance plan, there is a mental health benefit. Look on your insurance card and call the telephone number to ask if Dr. Martha Vaughn is a provider in your network system. If so, obtain an authorization and find out your co-pay amount, then call our office @ 713-218-7898 for an appointment.

Effective Alternatives
We understand that sometimes your schedule is too busy for an office visit, therefore, we offer E-Mail Counseling and Telephone Counseling which have proven to be effective alternatives.
E-Mail Counseling
To access a counselor for a scheduled session via e-mail, our charge is
$25.00 per e-mail
$50.00 for three e-mail messages and three responses
$100.00 for one week of e-mail messages (up to 6 responses)
$200.00 for one daily e-mail message for three weeks
Telephone Counseling
To access a counselor for a scheduled session via telephone, our charge is
$65.00 per 30 minute session
$125.00 per 45 to 60 minute session
In-Office Counseling
To schedule an in-office appointment with one of our skilled counselors or professional psychotherapists, our charge is
$125.00 for each one-hour session
$ 65.00 per one half hour session thereafter
